    Hi ,

    I tried making the karu vadgam in the oven. Baked it at 170 F for 4 hrs.

    There was a karu vadagam chutney that sun Tv samayal Patti showed do u recollect that recipie.

    I can send u a Pix of the vadagam dried in Oven if you want.
